What we collect
When you book a lane, sign a waiver, buy a card or join, we collect your name, email, phone, date of birth and emergency contact. For members we also keep league scores.
Booking form details: name, email, visit date, group size and experience
Waiver details, including a parent or guardian for throwers under 18
Payment details, handled by our payment processor. We never store full card numbers
Basic site analytics without advertising cookies
How we use it
To run the axe house: confirm bookings, check you in, post league scores and reach your emergency contact if something happens on a lane. We send occasional event news only if you opt in.
Sharing
We don’t sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the axe house (booking, payments, email) and when the law requires it.
Cameras
Security cameras cover the entrance, the bar and every throwing lane. Footage is kept for 30 days unless it’s needed to review an incident.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it or to delete it (we keep signed waivers as long as the law requires). Unsubscribe from emails with one click.
